About the Author of the Website
My love for herbs started when I was ten. I was a wild child, always running somewhere, climbing something, or getting dirty. But I was just as fascinated by the quiet world of plants. Maybe this curiosity came from my mother. Her shelves were full of books, and she always had one open next to a cup of tea. That calm, thoughtful atmosphere shaped me more than I realised at the time.
I remember flipping through books by old Bulgarian herbalists and carefully planning my days around a hand-drawn herbal calendar. I’d go out to collect plants in their right seasons, dry them gently, and label each jar.
Herbs became not only a hobby, but my trusted companions. It felt like I was learning a language only nature spoke.
Whenever I had a cold, a stomach-ache, or even a spot on my skin, I always knew which herb to reach for. And it wasn’t just for me. Over the years, friends started asking for advice. I’d happily suggest a tea, a poultice, or a remedy — things I had tried myself and trusted.
For many years, herbs remained a natural part of my everyday life.
However, when I moved to London, far from my garden, the wild fields, and the rhythm of the seasons, I slowly drifted away from them. I stopped harvesting, stopped preparing. Life became busier, and my connection to nature quietly faded into the background.
It didn’t take long for my health to change. I felt it in my energy, in my digestion, and even in how I looked. That was a turning point. I knew I had to return to the healing power of nature again.
Now, herbs are once again a part of my daily life. Coming back to them felt like coming home. When people ask me how I stay well or why I look younger than my years, I smile and say, “I drink herbs.” They’re my support, my beauty secret, and my way of staying connected to nature.
This is the reason I created The Nature’s Magic Hub: to share my knowledge and passion with you.
Whether you love herbs, essential oils, or you’re just beginning to explore natural living, I hope you’ll feel at home here. The Nature’s Magic Hub is simply a place to share what has helped me stay well, stay grounded, and stay connected to nature.
